Howdy Howdy!
Without boring you further lets jump in:

1- Install DS2 and don't patch

2- Make sure all users have the EXACT same .exe file (check file-size)

HOST:

3- Host goes in-game and clicks on Multiplayer

4- Host alt-tabs and disables all networks EXCEPT tunngle

5- Host hosts and STARTS game (s/he needs to actually start the game to the point that s/he is walking around, has access to inventory, etc.)

6- Host re-enables network

CLIENT:

7- Client patiently waits for host to complete above

8- Client joins game and haz fun

This is all from when I played this long ago, there may be a more updated method I don't know of. Of you spot any errors please correct them!
