HOW TO PLAY: MULTIPLAYER

TeknoMW3

  1. Install Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (Reloaded Release recommended)
  2. Download and Install .Net Framework 4.0
  3. Download TeknoMW3 v2.7.0.1 + Update 1.4.382 (Password: z4l) and extract it to your Game Installfolder
  4. Join the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Network
  5. Start "TeknoMW3.exe", press "Multiplayer" and then "Start (LAN Game)"
  6. In Mainmenu go to "Options", "Dedicated Server" and enable the "Server Browser"
  7. Go back to Mainmenu and choose "Serverbrowser"
  8. Navigate to "LAN" tab and join any Server
  9. Have Fun

FourDeltaOne

  1. Download and Install Steam Client and run Steam
  2. Download Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 - Dedicated Server Tool
  3. Download and Install .Net Framework 4.0
  4. (Optional) Download the 4 DLC's (Mirror) and extract it to your Game Folder
    ("..\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3\")
  5. Create a Folder called "dw" in your Game Folder
  6. Download Standalone Client Updater and extract it to your Game Folder
  7. Register an Account on FourDeltaOne.net
  8. Start "LaunchIW5M.exe" and login
  9. In Mainmenu go to "Options", "Dedicated Server" and enable the "Server Browser"
  10. Go back to Mainmenu and choose "Serverbrowser"
  11. Navigate to "LAN" or "Internet" Tab and join any Server
  12. Have Fun

RECIPE HELP

  • (FFA_default, CTF_default, DOM_default, SAB_default etc...)
  • FFA_default could be replaced with any other named recipe file, these hold your game options and settings for your server. If you wanted a domination map in rotation you can just add the map name followed by the recipe name, the final component is the number at the end, this is the chance of the map/mode being called during a game session and its valid values are 1 - 1000. by adding a higher value then other entries you are giving that map/mode a greater chance of being called and a hint of randomization to your maps and game modes. The recipie files go into the players2 folder in your MW3 install folder, the server.cfg goes in your admin folder.
