Can someone tell me how to play this game online with Tunngle?I entered a Red Orchestra 2 room and there were some players...When I launched my game and went to multi-player lan I couldn't find any servers.I couldn't find servers on ranked and unranked too.Somewhere I read that I need to press F3 and type "open -Server ID-" and I read that I need to ask someone in the room for server ID.I asked but no one ever answered me.I just can't find a solution to this.I went to this page: http://kreativeme.wo...and-smartsteam/ ,but I can't figure it out.Any help would be useful.

Yeah I have downloaded 2 and 3 skidrow update...And I read the "How to play skidrow version" on the link you gave me and that is the thing that doesn't work for me.I'm going mad here There is a problem with downloading updates on the link you gave me...I wanted to try to download those updates (in case mine aren't good).Does it matter if I start the game first and then ask for server IP in network chat (I suppose in Tunngle)?Thank you in advance

Whatever I ask there is no answer...I see people in red orchestra 2 room and I ask them but I never get a reply.I've set up my router for Tunngle and all but still no answer

i have got this with conviction. yes i can spoke with ppl using rusian, but when i ask for any server ... silence. when i set my own, like a magic want, ppl will come to play. try it 2

I went here: http://blog.theevilp...ted-server.html and there are steps to make server.But I can't figure out the first step...When I type the commands in CMD, and when I press ENTER I get the "access denied" sentence.When I follow the steps on that site,when I start hldsupdatetool.exe and when it finishes updating I open CMD and go in to directory of hldsupdatetool I type "hldsupdatetool.exe" and I get the instructions how to update a game.I followed them and I get the sentence "access denied".

if you get access denied then perhaps you are not running it as an administrator.

Reason why u got this message it's because files needed to be update are in read only mode. Make sure ( total commander for example ) this file have been off from this perrmisions.

Thank you for those tips, but I don't think that is the problem...That's because I was able to run the code when my hldsupdatetool destination was C:\Program Files (x86)\Valve\HLServer, but something else wasn't working (I can't remember what), and when I uninstalled hldsupdatetool and installed it on the destination C:\SRCDS (just like the tutorial says) then I got the "access denied" note.Maybe I change back the destination folder...?Maybe if it's not too much to ask szametu can you give me a tutorial how were you successful to open a server?I can give you my e-mail if you want so you can reply there if you want.

Hum. As far i can say, in likn u have paste here,the one from blog, there is nothing about using coommand line. Simple making a baatch file, witch one will update game for u.

And in step 4 it's says to make a file. You are not doing it. You are use a command tool. It's not same ( now, with auto update) ... So in step 4, go to "C:\SCRDS\" rmb ->new text document. Open it, paste this

hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game "redorchestra2" -dir C:\SRCDS\ro2

pause

file -> save as ... update_RO2.bat (make sre there is a .bat at the end of file name) close it and run by doubl click on it. As it's says "[This may take a while and you may need to run it more than once to get all files at 100%]"

So i think this is a main problem. At this point you have use command tool. And tutorial say's nothing about it. Try it, as a tutorial say's
