Also as of Feb 11th, you need the teknogods 2.7.0.1 launcher, download it here, Teknogods 2.7.0.1
***As of January 29th, 2012 the multiplayer portion works over tunngle***
1. Install the reloaded torrent(I replaced the crack3d files on disk 2 as well in the game folder)
2. Download and install(open file with winzip/winrar and copy and replace into the game folder as needed, make sure files go into the right locations) into game folder patch 1.4 update at Update 1.4+tekno launcher(clicky)
3. Make sure all the exe files in game folder are clicked as run as administrator, then launch teckno launcher, hit multiplayer, then start lan game. The game should pop up, then in options you need to go to dedicated server, and tick enable server browser. After that you simply go to server option in the menu, then click LAN and the tunngle servers should pop up.

Dedicated Server Guide
If you go to the Teknogod launcher, then multiplayer, then start dedicated server, I got an error to begin with. To resolve that, you need to add files in the order given is how I solved it. First of all I used reloaded torrent, then placed the reloaded crack3d files from the second iso into the correct spots. You need to copy/replace These files next, dedicated server files and do the same, copy/replace in correct spot. Then you need to download the update 1.4,update 1.4+tekno launcher and replace the files as needed as well. After that, you need copy and replace these files also, files. Your most likely not going to get it right the first try, make a copy of your original main files in your mw3 folder, not the files in the actual sub folders but the ones that are siting in your MW3 folder when you click it just once so if it doesn't work after copy and replacing the files half a dozen times you can start fresh without having to reinstall the entire 13 gigabytes worth of game. You need to also make all 3 of your exe files as well as the teknogods launcher run as administrator other wise nothing will work.
If you did the file replacing right, when you click on the teknogods mw3 launcher then go to the start dedicated server, it should bring up the server counsel, if it doesn't and you still get an error then you haven't placed the right files in the right order. The key was for me to replace the files in the order I gave, other wise it didint work at all.
Ok with that out of the way, the next step is to get your server up and running. running a server can be difficult for some people because of firewalls,anti virus, and ports. That's an entire separate thread though, so if you need help with that just email me or page me over tunngle. What you need to do is make your playlist, or map rotation, to do this copy the dspl file default.dspl in your admin folder in your MW3 game folder and paste it to desktop. Edit it with notepad, you want to delete everything in that and make your own map rotation. Here is my current dspl file content,
mp_alpha,TDM_default,1 mp_bootleg,TDM_default,1 mp_bravo,TDM_default,1 mp_dome,TDM_default,1 mp_exchange,TDM_default,1 mp_hardhat,TDM_default,1 mp_interchange,TDM_default,1 mp_lambeth,TDM_default,1 mp_mogadishu,TDM_default,1 mp_paris,TDM_default,1 mp_plaza2,TDM_default,1 mp_radar,TDM_default,1 mp_seatown,TDM_default,1 mp_underground,TDM_default,1 mp_village,TDM_default,1
As you can see the order given is <map>,<game mode>,<weight>. Weight just means which order from 1-1000 is the most likely to play, so if you choose 1000 its going to be the first one to get played always. The game modes and maps are in your default.dspl file so you can make your rotation accordingly. Save your dspl file to something other then default, make it read only and put it back in the admin folder.
Now, you have your dedicated counsel open, you simply need to type in the command to start your server. My command I use is as follows,
sv_maprotation eycel;start_map_rotate;sv_hostname ^1Horror ^1Park ^7|^6TDM^7|
As you can see, my dspl file is names eycel, yours would be what ever you named it. Also if you want to make your server named color you need to put a ^ followed by a number to make it a color. Here is the list of colors,
0 = Black 1 = Red 2 = Green 3 = Yellow 4 = Blue 5 = Light blue 6 = Pink 7 = White
Once you have entered in your command, your server should apear in the LAN portion of the game. You can run a server and play on your own server at the same time using teknogods launcher, simply hit "start lan game" after you have made your server and you will be able to see your own server in the LAN server browser as well as play on it.

UPDATE: As of now, Im using my Internet IP(184.155.12.53) along with simply puting in port 27016 and it allows everyone to connect and stops it from giving me a "unable to connect". Iv opened alot of ports though in my router, if you need help with portforwarding I can help with that.
