Why should i downgrade Minecraft.
Every update Minecraft plugins and mods do not work anymore. It usually takes a week or so for the creaters to recode them. That means there is no control for sever admins apart from kick and banning. As of now 1.5 servers are full of griefing and theres no way of tackling it. Bukkit or hMOD are essential for servers to stop griefing.

Thats why you should run older versions until the plugins are updated , servers and client.

Windows 7

Before you start make sure hidden files and folders are enabled.
Windows XP and Windows 2003

To enable the viewing of Hidden files follow these steps:

Close all programs so that you are at your desktop.
Double-click on the My Computer icon.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
After the new window appears select the View tab.
Put a checkmark in the checkbox labeled Display the contents of system folders.
Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files and folders.
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide file extensions for known file types.
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files.
Press the Apply button and then the OK button and shutdown My Computer.
Now your computer is configured to show all hidden files.

Windows Vista

To enable the viewing of Hidden files follow these steps:

Close all programs so that you are at your desktop.
Click on the Start button. This is the small round button with the Windows flag in the lower left corner.
Click on the Control Panel menu option.
When the control panel opens you can either be in Classic View or Control Panel Home view:

If you are in the Classic View do the following:
Double-click on the Folder Options icon.
Click on the View tab.
Go to step 5.

If you are in the Control Panel Home view do the following:
Click on the Appearance and Personalization link .
Click on Show Hidden Files or Folders.
Go to step 5.

Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files and folders.
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide extensions for known file types.
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files.
Press the Apply button and then the OK button.
Now Windows Vista is configured to show all hidden files.

Windows 7

To enable the viewing of Hidden files follow these steps. Please note a guide with images that shows the same steps can be found here:

How to show hidden files in Windows 7

Click on the Control Panel menu option.
When the control panel opens you change it so you are using Category view.

Click on the Appearance and Personalization link .
Under the Folder Options category, click on Show Hidden Files or Folders.
Go to step 5.

Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files, folders, or drives.
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide extensions for known file types.
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).
Press the Apply button and then the OK button..
Now Windows 7 is configured to show all hidden files.

I've only done this in Win 7 and Vista. Locate your minecraft folder in the AppData folder for Win XP and follow the same steps as above.

1. Navigate to: x:/users/<user>/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/bin

2. Rename minecraft.jar to the version you are running (e.x. minecraftv1.5.jar)
The bin folder contains all your game files about your version of minecraft.

3. Download the minecraft bin file HERE , replace the files in your bin folder.

4. Now start minecraft and on main menu your should see minecraft version on the left hand corner.

Enjoy!

I will keep this updated for each version.

Why do this?

@Goigioi: Try opening device manager, make sure there is just 1 Tunngle adapter as sometimes it gets cloned when installing updated Tunngle version.

Disable both or just the one Tunngle adapter then re enable just the one Tunngle adapter.
Reboot pc and modem then try logging in again.

I'm afraid I do not know that game but one of the developers will respond to your forum thread. Just have to be patient as they have a lot of threads to answer. Sorry I can not help.

@Mike I think he may have the adaptor problem and I think I have a fix for that, well at least a fix until there is something more permanent.
