I need you to answer ALL of these questions ... to be able to HELP you
I see you have NOT followed my instructions PROperly. I specifically communicated to you to answer ALL of my questions, NOT some and/or IGNORE the ones you think are irrelevant. There are specific reasons WHY I asked ALL the questions I posted (EVEN the PREcise order I posted it in shows this) and they ALL are IMportant. I can NOT help you IF you do NOT co-operate with me. I still REquire these questions quoted below to be answered:

- What is your Internet connection SPEED?
└ Test it here: Ookla SpeedTest
- Do you have ANY software that are DOWNloading/UPloading/streaming in the background of the game?
- Are you window switching (ALT+Tab) while the game is STILL loading a level/stage (at the loading screen)?
- In which mode is the game DISconnecting the MOST?
- Do the disconnects happen the LEAST/LESS frequently when you play with a player who has invited you to the game session using a Steam game invite?
- Does the Steam client AUTOmatically update ITself?

using a Ehternet cable (PC) and wireless router (Notebook)
This is MOST likely the source of your problem. It is an established FACT that IF you play online/on a network wirelessly you WILL have problems with the connection (MAJOR problems like latency [ping lag] and connection drop outs resulting from LACK of stability of the connection either/or radio INTERference from other devices/appliances) especially IF you do NOT have a quality-built WLAN router. I am NOT going into details about why or how this happens, you can do your OWN research.
The solution is: DISconnect the wireless connection on the notebook and use an Ethernet (LAN) cable to connect the notebook DIRECTLY to the WLAN router IF it also has a built-in switch (IF it has other Ethernet ports available other than the MAIN Internet input port).

generally i play with only steam open ... and works without tunngle open
The quotation (slightly edited) below is taken from my Resident Evil/Biohazard 6 Problem Solving FAQ (Homepage):
Quote
X. COMmon MISconceptions:
b) The DIFFERENCE between the Steam client and the Tunngle client
NEW players to BOTH the Tunngle and Steam clients seem to think that the game (ONline play) is using the Tunngle client and it’s network, it is NOT. All the game’s data traffic (online play) is transferred over the Steam network to THEIR servers. This is the reason you NEED to install the Steam client, register an account, install the MP-Fix, open the Steam client and login to play the game online.
Tunngle is designed and used for games that have built in Local Area Network (LAN) support (mostly OLD games). While most (IF NOT all) games NOW (especially Steam-based games) are made withOUT LAN support as it is intended to be played on Steam’s network. READ the next section below.
c) The IMportance of USING Tunngle too!
Now after reading the above SUB-point, you should now ask why do you need Tunngle IF you play the game online using ONLY the Steam client? The answer is simple: to ask questions about the game and ask for help about game related content, ask for technical support, get the latest information about the online status of the game (IF the current MP-Fix STILL works and/or IF there is a NEW version) advertise a game you are hosting to get MORE players to join or just to chat with random players with the other players in the Tunngle network lobby.
Yet ANother and better reason is simply to have a BETTER estimate of the count of the amount of players in-game and playing Resident Evil/Biohazard 6 online. UNlike the Resident Evil 6 Tunngle Steam community group which does NOT show an accurate amount of players ACTUALLY playing Resident Evil/Biohazard 6 ONLY but INSTEAD INcludes members who are playing OTHER games.
Maybe they are playing using ANother AppID or maybe they really are playing that particular game, for example “Team Fortress 2” is a free-to-play (F2P) online multi-player game, while there are MANY other games that use this AppID to play online, INcluding the RE/BH 6 MP-Fix V5) in the “IN-GAME” count. As you can see, it is confusing trying to find players who really are playing the SAME game you are, withOUT the Tunngle client and especially when you do NOT have the ability to add friends in the Steam client to add them and ask what game they really are playing.
This is why it is RECOMMENDED to ALSO log into and USE the Tunngle client too as the Tunngle Wiki rightfully instructs. While the Steam chat for the Resident Evil 6 Tunngle Steam community group is usually EMPTY although there are many players playing the game online, who can NOT be bothered with joining the public chat, at the very least IF they are NOT using Tunngle too (as a substitute of Tunngle’s MAIN lobby chat) but will STILL NOT give an accurate number of players online.
Given ALL of these points, you can now see why it is NOT smart to NOT log into and utilize Tunngle too.

yes i have the last greenluma
The LATEST version of GreenLuma is 2.7.5 (at the time of typewriting this post). IF you are UNsure which version you have installed, just RE-install it (exit the Steam client, download the .rar archive from the first post by Steam006, extract the files out, copy ALL of them and paste [OVERwrite] into the Steam installation folder) again.

The OFFICIAL MP-Fix V4 is “Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter” and MP-Fix V5 is “Team Fortress 2”.

with MPfix v5 i never was disconnected
I have used the EXACT files (EXception being of course, I changed the AppID NUMBER inside a particular file) from the MP-Fix V5 to make the UPdated MP-Fix V6 playable ONline again. There should be NO connectivity problems because of this AppID IF the other worked for you. The problem lies somewhere ELSE.

I Tested ... with fear 3 never was disconnected, with kane and lynch sometimes
This again confirms my suspicions of your network setup/hardware and do NOT specifically point to the MP-Fix V6 as the cause of the disconnects.
EDIT: UPDATE - After I have personally tested what Tuuum has stated in his post below, I have CONfirmed that the REAL CAUSE is the MISmatch between the RELOADED and 3DM’s “BH6.exe” (EVEN when they are BOTH the SAME game VERSION NUMBERS) is what causes the disconnection problem. To solve this problem, follow the instructions below:
- Click the following hyperlink: Resident Evil/Biohazard 6 AIO Homepage
└ READ the UN-hidden parts of the first post (EXcept the § “Keyword Tag Index” section) - Follow the instructions in the § “IV. Download Link & Instructions to Install” section.
EDIT 2: UPDATE - The instructions above have been REvised since I initially posted it.
