For internet connection sharing you need to change the Tunngle default port and forward it to the client pc

If you start Tunngle, the program will switch the network adapter whereat you connect to internet. That mean you'll have an other IP - more exact the tunngle IP

How did you configure the ICS? What software did you use?
Edit: Port forward test: blue=success yellow=fail

where name for local network to share internet connection is set... Thats all. As for the lan itself, i think it would be quicker if i just write it:
workgroup: WORKGROUP
ip: 1st pc 192.168.0.1 2nd pc 192.168.0.5
(under?)network mask : 255.255.255.0 for both pcs
and for 2nd pc: primary gateway 192.168.0.1
and dns-server 192.168.0.1

Take a screenshot of the result and attach it here.
Then open Tunngle to the point where the other pc looses connection.
Go to the command prompt and type route print.
Post a screenshot of the result

Clean up and then use Microsoft wizards for ICS. Windows has all the tools to do that without any additional software
You can find guides online like http://www.practical...S/serverwiz.htm .
Skip and "bridged" part. This is what it fixed the problem via "personal message" the last time in the topic i pointed out before

Off topic question: is the Tunngle adapter on top?
Can you please attach a screen of your network connections and of the ICS sharing section.
You also need to go to the second pc when it looses the connection and make some screens of the connection details.

Yes, tunngle adapter is on top, and it didnt helped when i disabled hamachi...
Here are the results for ipconfig /all and route print on 2nd pc, they are the same before and after i launch tunngle.
And the screen of my internet connections and ics: The phrase "Подключение по локальной сети" means Lan connection - this is the name of network connection which, naturally, leads to LAN. It is written under the phrase "Подключение домашней сети" which means home network connection...

In the Ipv4 properties, select use manual DNS and try these two 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 .
If it doesn't work, reset the DNS to auto.

Where did you get these numbers?

Those are the ip of the Open DNS servers. If you want you can also use the DNS servers of your original connection (you can see them in the connection status when the dialup is connected)
It seems that ICS DNS is not working properly. We will investigate this when we have some time
