Go to Start » Run and enter "regedit."
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersion
With CurrentVersion Highlighted, go to the Edit menu and select New » Key
Name the key RunOnce, leaving everything else about the key alone.

Did you uninstall it or just installed it over again? Can you still see tunngle folders after the uninstall? What about the Tunngle service?
Btw as a general thing if Tunngle can't connect please be patient and don't go easy on the uninstall button. Restart (the service or the pc) play around and use uninstall only as last resort.

Windows 7 Tunnglers: If you want to reinstall your current version of Tunngle 4.2.2.4, please download it again from our download page, as you cannot reinstall Tunngle using a Tunngle installer downloaded before 2009-09-15. Please note that you have to uninstall Tunngle 4.2.2.4 first and restart! Otherwise you get certificate problems with the old adapter drivers.

I turn off my anti-virus software, firewall, etc. I reset my computer after uninstall, before install, after install, etc... i done everything for my Tunngle install, but not working (4-101)

Usually this problem is because you have some incompatible software installed or some bad system settings

Notes about the problem: Both users had ESET Smart Security Installed, with several "Unknown Adapters" listed in the Network Adapters Device Manager section.
ESET was uninstalled but the problem still persisted.
Used the ESET manual uninstaller (http://kb.eset.com/e...ent&id=SOLN2289) for complete uninstall from safe boot. Problem is still there.
The installation of any adapter (even different from Tunngle) would fail for "Insufficient system resources" .
There was a huge spam of network connections in the registry (1000). Even removing them didn't solve the problem.
Other VPN wouldn't install too.
Clearly the problem was a registry problem so after countless hours of troubleshooting the problem was solved by a Registry Mechanic.
