I have finally gotten everything configured so I can connect without incident. However, when I select a room from the Browser, any room, I can only see myself in it.

I can't be the only one with this issue can I?

I've gone through extensive help sessions with Brioche already so trust me when I say that he and I have gone through the settings with a fine tooth comb. I have no idea what to do at this point.
I feel like I am pestering Brioche I have gotten so much attention from him he has been so great to work with though I can't thank him enough for his help.

I feel like I am so close to getting this right... does anyone have any suggestions?

My read is an internal security issue with the Belkin F5D7234-4. You're not the only Belkin guy with this problem. But at the moment, we (and the belkin support) don't have a solution for this.
We will keep a close eye on this model in time.

Funny thing is, I can play on my laptop just fine, but my laptop is a bit old so games do not play as well on them. Laptop and desktop go through the same router

Oh, you mean, there is no known problem with invisible Tunnglers on your Laptop? All works fine?

right, laptop works fine I just can't play games on it very well.

the laptop works, the desktop not This can only be a firewall issue on the desktop. Or a broken deinstallation of a old security software.

This is my suggestion. Do the port forward of UDP 11155 for the DESKTOP, not the laptop and see if that makes a difference.

The Great Brioche helped me figure this one out. This is very strange.

It was some kind of combo with Windows 7 and my "Belkin" router. Belkin are decent routers but not very easy to navigate. I have to place my PC in the DMZ when using Tunngle.

This is only with my router and my pc I am not saying this works with every Belkin or will work.

Thank you Brioche for all your help. I have been playing Borderlands for 2 nights in a row with my buddy and no major issues.
